Hydrogenaudio ran some encoder tests... Quicktime i believe came out on top
for quality, tho nero6 just launched with VBR, gapless and HE AAC which is
to AAC what mp3pro is to mp3.. it lets you get impressive quality at rates
as low as 30k/s.. i've tested it on some electronica and it beat ogg at same
rates, tho ogg is still good it changes the sound a lot.. ogg is the only
choice for streaming though at the moment
